Welcome, and thank you for visiting. These terms cover your use of the Roaming Roots Plant Company LLC website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who we are

Roaming Roots Plant Company LLC is a mobile plant shop based in New Jersey. We sell houseplants, gifts, and accessories in person at markets and events, and we bring interactive plant experiences to private and corporate events throughout the state.

What this website is

This site is here to tell you about Roaming Roots, show you where we will be, share plant care guidance, and let you send us an event inquiry. It is an information site, not a store checkout and not a reservation system.

Requesting a booking

The Request a Booking form is an inquiry. Sending it does not reserve a date, does not confirm an event, and does not create a contract.

Here is how it actually works. You tell us about your event. We reply, normally within two business days, to talk through ideas, availability, and cost. If we go ahead together, the details, the price, and any deposit are agreed in writing between you and Roaming Roots at that point. Until that written agreement exists, nothing is booked.

Please give us accurate details. If the date, location, or guest count changes, tell us as soon as you can so we can keep the plan realistic.

The shop

Our online shop is not selling yet. Items shown as Coming Soon are exactly that. Plants are sold in person, off the truck, at markets and events. Nothing on this website takes a payment, and prices shown anywhere on the site may change.

Plant care information

Our care guides are general guidance based on our experience, offered in good faith to help you succeed with your plants. Plants are living things, and how they do depends on your light, your home, your watering, and plenty we cannot see from here. We cannot guarantee a particular result, and the guides are not a substitute for advice about a specific plant in a specific place. If a plant is struggling, get in touch and we will help.

Some houseplants are harmful if eaten by people or pets. Please look into the specific plant if that matters in your home.

What you send us

You keep ownership of what you send through our forms. By sending it, you give us permission to use it to respond to you and plan your event. Please do not send anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the right to share.

If you send us a photo or a review and we would like to use it publicly, we will ask you first.

Our content

The text, photographs, illustrations, logos, and design on this site belong to Roaming Roots Plant Company LLC or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without asking. You are of course welcome to share links to our pages, and we would love it if you did.

Links to other sites

We link to places like Instagram and Facebook. Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for what happens there.

Availability of the site

We aim to keep the site up and accurate, but we do not promise it will always be available or entirely free of errors. Schedules, offerings, and prices change, particularly for a business that moves around.

Limits

To the fullest extent the law allows, Roaming Roots Plant Company LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
